Annual Buck Collection Day

Buck Day is upon us and it's returning to Tazwell, VA. On Saturday, October 8, 2022, Veal Genetic Services will be at the Tazewell County Fairgrounds, 515 Fairground Rd, Tazewell, VA 24651 to perform semen collection services for bucks in the area.

This is a day to guarantee insurance on the most important Kiko goat in your herd. Circle W Ranch will be collecting on four Kiko buck goats. This is an important event and we want to invite you to bring your bucks. Not only is it essential for your herd health, but this is also a great opportunity to display your herdsire and talk Kiko goats all day with your fellow ranchers.

Did you know - semen straws can be stored indefinitely? Also, frozen semen is the way to preserve your buck’s genetics and his value to your farm for many years to come.

Want to participate? Available slots are limited and will be filled on a first-response basis. There will be a semen tank at the event that will transport your semen straws to a local storage facility. You do not need to own your own tank to participate.
